Processing times vary depending on the item and era.

ICON ERA: All dresses in this era are custom and made to order. Because of this, processing may take between 3-5 weeks

IT GIRL 2.0 ERA: All items in this era are ready to ship and will be processed within 1-2 business days

IT GIRL ERA: All items in this era within 3-5 business days
​
PREORDERS: Items that are labeled as "preorder" will have estimated shipment dates in the description.

These timeframes are subject to change due to order volume, new drops, and/or restocks. Please be sure to review these policies prior to placing each order

DOMESTIC: All domestic orders should be delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment​

INTERNATIONAL: All international orders should be delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment

Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the courier for additional support to file a claim and reimbursement. Each order is shipped with insurance
