HOW LONG IS PROCESSING?

Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled.

With the exclusivity of our brand, we often experience large influxes of orders at once, due to the high demand of drops, resulting in longer processing times.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on the location

DOMESTIC: All domestic orders should be delivered within 2-5 business days after shipment

INTERNATIONAL: All international orders should be delivered within 5-10 business days after shipment

Once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the courier for additional support to file a claim and reimbursement. Each order is shipped with insurance.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unless we are at fault as a company — all sales are final.

Please inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery, as we cannot review any claims regarding damaged or defective products after 4 days post-delivery.

I MADE AN ADDRESS ERROR. CAN YOU CORRECT IT?

Due to our automated systems, we cannot guarantee any modifications after orders are placed.

Please ensure all information is accurate, including but not limited to, size, shipping/billing addresses, apartment numbers if applicable, etc.

If you realize you made an error during the checkout process, please reach out to our team immediately and we will try our best to assist you. 

MY ORDER IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER! WHAT DO I DO?

In some cases, an order may be returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Please be sure to include your apartment number if you have one.

While we try our best to monitor packages in transit daily to catch these issues, it is not always possible to catch such errors.

In the event that this happens, please contact us and the carrier immediately and we can help you either intercept your package.

Customers are responsible for package interception costs that are a result of incorrect or incomplete address submissions

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECIEVE IT.

Once shipped, HER ERA is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

In the event that you did not receive your package, please submit a claim with the shipping courier.

Due to the nature of our drops, we cannot support reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid out, if the item is still in stock.
