What is an ERA?
So glad you asked! HER ERA is a brand for the baddies no matter what era they may be in. Some clothing brands drop in collections, edits, seasons, etc. Here, we drop in ERAs! With this, we can provide you versatility throughout the revolving culture of fashion and trends.
When will you RESTOCK?
The fun part about dropping in ERAs is that we offer customers a level of exclusivity. Therefore, no ERA is guaranteed to restock. It is safe to assume each drop is a one and done. However, we do occasionally restock some pieces if there is an overwhelming rise in demand. We also may drop certain pieces in new colors under the same ERA.
Can I CANCEL/MODIFY my order?
Please ensure everything is accurate prior to submitting an order. Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. Due to our automated systems, we cannot guarantee any modifications. If you realize you made an error, please reach out to our team immediately and we will try our best to assist you.
My order is being RETURNED TO SENDER
In some cases, an order may be returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Please be sure to include your apartment number if you have one. While we try our best to monitor packages in transit daily to catch these issues, it is not always possible to catch such errors. If this happens, please contact us and the carrier immediately and we can help you either intercept your package, or reship your order (in rare cases).
Customers are responsible for package interception costs that are a result of incorrect or incomplete address submissions
Are you accepting BRAND AMBASSADORS?
We currently are not seeking any brand ambassadors. However, we are open to collabs that could be mutually beneficial for your brand and ours!
